Ms. Fulton: Head Start Coordinator  
   My Name is Peggy Fulton. I am the Head Start Coordinator at Woodlawn Learning Center. I am a lifelong resident of Prince George County, Virginia, however the children and families of Hopewell have had my heart for the last twelve years.  My academic achievements are as follows; Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies and Elementary Education from Longwood College, Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett University, and a School Administration endorsement from University of Richmond. I was a Head Start teacher for 10 years before becoming the Head Start Coordinator in 2014.
