School Health & Clinic Information

Please keep your child home from school if he/she has:

·         Fever of 100 or above ( must stay home 24 hours after last fever)

·         Vomiting (must stay home 24 hours after last vomiting episode)

·         Diarrhea (must stay home 24 hours after last loose stool)

·         Ear ache

·         Irritability

·         Confusion

·         Severe Coughing

·         Sore throat

·         Rash

·         Head Lice (all nits/lice must be removed before returning to school)

·         Chicken Pox

Ø  When in doubt about your child’s health play it safe and keep him/her home.
